Show Notes
On this episode of The We Podcast, I get to have a beautiful and raw conversation with Tanielle Childers. Tanielle is the lucky mom of two beautiful children, ages 13 and 9 and has been married to her best friend for 17 years. She works part time as a graphic artist and spends the rest of her time following her heart by creating and selling her whimsical art. Writing poetry about her personal life journey is just another space to create, using words rather than paint.
This interview touches me to my core. Tanielle shares with us her experiences of great loss and the process of her grief from loosing two children to miscarriage. We both agree that this is not something that women talk about enough, and many times suffer alone. Tanielle is using her art and her poetry to not only heal herself, but to spread the light and the love of these beautiful children and uplift and encourage others who have experienced deep loss. I admire her so much and her ability to talk about the hard things and truly make beauty from ashes. Tanielle’s story is a true testimony of rising again!
If you want to connect with Tanielle you can find her more recent original paintings, art prints, and notecards at the Lincoln Gallery in downtown Loveland, where she has been displaying and selling her work since 1999.
