This week on The We Podcast I interview Glenda O’Neil, Glenda is an Accredited Counsellor and Family Therapist + Teacher, mumma of 3 wonderful miracles, wife to 1 amazing husband, lover of life and proud Aussie.  Her passion is to help men and women break free from the (internal) “stuff” in their past and in the present that holds them back from living in the abundance they’re intended to live and thrive in. She also has a particular interest in journeying with individuals through grief and loss, stress and anxiety.

Glenda provides face to face and online counselling sessions with individuals and couples, and has recently launched an online course assisting people to walk through the process of forgiveness to gain freedom in their inner world.  She is the Founding Director of Novo Counselling and together with her husband, Geoff and friend, Dr. Alfeen Varghese, they have developed a workplace wellbeing program, designed to address mental health needs in workplaces in their local region.

This is a super fun interview where we laugh like teenagers, but also dive in and chat about the hard stuff.  Glenda shares with us her journey with infertility and grief and how she has used her pain and learning from these experiences to help others.  During the interview she says “Whatever you go through is designed to be shared” and I couldn’t agree more! Thank you Glenda for sharing with all of us! It is truly in this space that we may heal. I can’t wait for you to meet Glenda and hear her amazing story. You’re going to absolutely love her just as much as I do!

I encourage you to connect more with Glenda! You can find her on Facebook (Glenda O’Neill-personal page, Novo Counselling-biz page), Instagram (@glendaoneill03), LinkedIn (Glenda O’Neill), and her website (novocounselling.com.au)

(And just to clear up any confusion ahead of time… Counsellor is spelled with two Ls in Australia so no… I’m not spelling it wrong for all my grammar conscious USA friends lol).

And don’t forget the sponsor of this episode Eliza Quinn Crates. She is my dear friend and is so talented at making absolutely beautiful earrings. She is running an additional special on all her earrings right now where they are buy 3 get 1 free. In addition to that she is offering 15% off to all the We Podcast listeners! Just be sure to mention the code “together we rise” when you get in touch with her. You can find her on Facebook (facebook.com/elizaquinncreates) or Instagram (@elizaquinncreates).
