On this episode of The We Podcast, my guest is Kate Mares. Let me tell you ahead of time… this is GOOD! You will want to listen all the way through for all the amazing truth bombs and insights!

As a Speaking Professional, Katie has inspired audiences around the world to think differently about customer experience, the female consumer and leadership. Katie has earned her Master’s in Adult Training and Development and is a Certified Training & Development Professional. She knows first-hand the challenges organizations encounter as they strive to design a customer experience program that is sustainable and has an impact in the marketplace. She also knows that developing a program is just one small step to success, it is the tools and implementation plan that makes a program take flight.

Katie lives in Toronto with her family. When she is not travelling around the world advising and speaking, Katie can be found on a yoga mat (in a shoe store!) or snuggled on the couch with her three little ones eating homemade popcorn and watching a  movie!

Katie is such an inspiration and a force to be reckoned with. She is a voice of empowerment for all women and the world is truly a better place because she is sharing her message and her truth. If you would like to connect with Katie you can find her on her personal Facebook page, Her business Facebook pageInstagramLinkedIn, and Twitter (@katie_mares1)!
